LEESBURG, VA—An extensive makeover is in the works for Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, 241 Fort Evans Road, NE. Set to begin early this year, the renovations for the shopping complex include a "reimagined" food pavillion, redesigned courtyards, enhanced restrooms, an upgraded children's play area, free public Wi-Fi, digital directories and new signage.
The food pavilion will include new "communal, farm-style dining tables, stylish banquette seating and comfortable lounge areas. Gathering spots outside the Food Pavilion will feature new tables and chairs with umbrellas, as well as updated landscaping, seasonal planting beds and a wall trellis with climbing vines. A brand-new Guest Services desk will also be introduced."
"We are continually seeking ways to evolve and meet the needs of our guests," Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets Manager Jim Gonzales said in a release. "This renovation project will further strengthen the center's stronghold as the region's premier outlet shopping destination, complementing the sought-after brands and value our visitors expect."
