On Saturday, Aug. 16th and Sunday, Aug. 17th, an event taking place in Lucketts, Va. may cause delays on Route 15, Lucketts Road, Spinks Ferry Road and St. Clair Lane. A Sunday race in the Leesburg area could cause delays on Dry Mill Road, the Route 9 overpass and portions of Catoctin Circle in Leesburg.
