Thousands of dazzling lights blink in synchronization with chart topping hit songs that include "Handclap" by Fitz and the Tantrums and "Heathen" by Twenty One Pilots at "Edwards Landing Lights," a Leesburg home that the owner has illuminated every year prior to Halloween since 2011. Arlington National Cemetery Bans Bikes

Arlington National Cemetery has made the decision to ban bikes on its grounds effective Wednesday, Oct. 26. The cemetery said that anyone who wants to bike in the cemetery in the future will have to get a family pass. >>> Read more.
