Constituents can participate from the comfort of their homes, and they hang up when ready to leave the discussion. Many participants are able to ask questions directly to Connolly.
At the end of the hour-long meeting, those who were unable to ask a question and every other participant on the call are invited to leave a voice mail message with their question. Connolly responds to every question.
