The Sounds of Pohick - A Free Annual Concert

The Sounds of Pohick is Saturday, June 1, 2012, at 4 p.m. Be sure to come and invite your friends!

You’ll hear Pohick’s musical organizations in concert in the church, and you’ll help make music by singing hymns with all these musicians. You’ll hear music by composers who have written music for the church through time in a large variety of styles.

You will also hear the voices of children, teenagers and adults, and you will hear handbells, flute, Orff instruments, guitars, fiddle, bass, tin whistle, celtic harp, organ, piano, keyboard and percussion. 

After all that good music, come to the Common Room to celebrate with the music makers at a reception. It’s a great way to spend a June afternoon.
