In case you had not noticed, local girl scout troops had their booths out at retail spots around Lorton this past weekend. According to Troop 315 outside Shoppers Food Warehouse on Saturday, sales were steady, complementing the good sales they had door-to-door. The girls will have booths out through March. So, if you them out next weekend, reward them for braving the cold weather by buying a box of cookies. Or two.
