Last evening South County Secondary School's Director of Orchestras Sarah Lancaster hosted the Orchestra Assessment in the school's auditorium.
The turnout was strong, the musicians focussed and the audience appreciative as young artists took the stage for a performance in five parts that featured over a dozen songs performed by the:
- Symphonic Orchestra
- Advanced Middle School Orchestra
- Chamber Orchestra
- Intermediate Middle Concert Orchestra
- Concert Orchestra
In lieu of a reception attendees donated cereal to the Lorton Community Action Center.
