• Missing Chantilly man found dead in submerged car in Occoquan River (washingtontimes.com) — A missing 78-year-old Chantilly man was found dead in a car pulled from the Occoquan River in Lorton, near Old Colchester Road, after an intensive land, water, and air search. Fairfax County police say there’s no sign of foul play, but they’re still investigating how he died after disappearing on December 1.
