It's Easter, and for thousands of Lortoners it was a chance to wake up bright and early, dress in their best and participate in the deeply-rooted spiritual event.  "He is risen!" proudly proclaimed Luther M. Bailey to more than 50 worshippers at the sunrise service at Shiloh Baptist Church, which was jointly hosted by Cranford United Methodist Church, <a href="http://www.dexknows.com/business_profiles/cana_united_methodist_church_lorton-l909828180" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Cana United Methodist Church</a>, Pohick Bay Church and <a href="http://www.amazinglovefellowship.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Amazing Love Fellowship</a>.
