The sweetest day at work is the day the American Red Cross shows up. Today, the <a href="http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpwes/wastewater/noman_cole.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Noman M. Cole, Jr. Pollution Control Plant</a> in Lorton received phlebotomists, who, with needles in hand, collected blood for a worthy cause.  "I give blood once a year - every time they come around," said James Clegg, a mechanic with the plant.
