South County Secondary School student Liam MacDonald woke up Saturday morning and saw his front yard had been "flocked" with Pink Flamingos in celebration of his 18th birthday.
No Liam had not been the victim of an MTV- style prank, but rather the beneficiary of a "Flocking." Flockings benefit the South County Secondary School PTSO's All Night Graduation Party.
