Vote Now: Mason Neck State Park in Second Place For Best Park in America

Mason Neck State Park is in second place in Coca-Cola's annual "Live Positively - Best Park in America" contest.

Veterans Memorial Park in Moore, Ok. is in first place with 220,417 votes. Mason Neck had 184,992 votes as of Friday morning, July 5. 

Mason Neck, which sits on hundreds of wooded acres along the Potomac River, is a habitat for eagles and other migrating and non-migrating birds. 

Voting takes place online, and the top three vote getters receive $100,000, $50,000 and $25,000. 

By the way, July 5 is a double vote day, and since there are three ways to vote you can actually vote up to 16 times.
