2-Vehicle Crash Kills Driver In Nokesville: Police

A driver whose vehicle was struck head on died of injuries from the crash, according to Prince William County Police.

NOKESVILLE, VA — A driver was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Nokesville Wednesday evening, according to Prince William County Police.

The crash happened around 6:24 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Bristow Road and Windy Hill Drive. Police say a 2021 Toyota Tundra heading east on Bristow Road crossed over the center line and into the westbound lane, striking a 2003 Lexus GX head on. The impact caused the Lexus to spin off of the roadway into a ditch.

The Lexus driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was taken to the hospital and died of his injuries. He was identified as Thomas Spencer Stark, 63, of Nokesville.

The Tundra driver, a 61-year-old man from Woodbridge, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police believe speed was not a factor in the crash for the Tundra driver. The investigation into the crash continues.
