MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Friday after sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl Feb. 9 at home in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police. Jose Antonio Crespin, 37, of Manassas, was charged with aggravated sexual battery.On Friday, police began investigating the incident after the girl told a School Resource Officer she had been sexually assaulted by Crespin, a family member.
