Man Stabs Woman During Fight In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested after stabbing a woman Monday night in the 9600 block of Grant Avenue, according to Manassas City Police. Ryan Hogan, 38, of Manassas, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding.

Shortly after 8:30 p.m., police responded to the aforementioned area for a reported stabbing. They found that Hogan and a 26-year-old Manassas resident—an acquaintance—had been in an argument that escalated into a fight. That's when Hogan stabbed the woman.

She was flown to a local hospital with serious injuries not considered life threatening. Hogan was arrested at the scene without incident.
