Naked Man Bites FBI Agent In Manassas: Police
A naked man was arrested Tuesday after biting an FBI agent, as well as his own dog, in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA—A naked man was arrested Tuesday after biting an FBI agent assisting an officer trying to arrest him in the 15300 block of Nottingham Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Earlier, police say he had bitten his dog and assaulted a 60-year-old woman.
Cory Michael Phillips, 31, of the aforementioned area, was charged with malicious wounding, animal cruelty, possession of marijuana, assault and battery, obstruction of justice and intoxicated in public.
Shortly after 8:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a naked man walking around the neighborhood. When police arrived, they determined he was under the influence of an unknown substance and tried to detain him. Phillips ignored an officer's commands, so the officer pepper-sprayed him.

He then advanced toward an off-duty FBI agent who had stopped to assist the officer, after which a struggled ensued and he bit the agent on the neck. Phillips finally was subdued without further incident and taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution. The agent suffered minor injuries.
After further investigating the incident, police found Phillips had been smoking marijuana earlier that morning inside his home when he began acting erratically. At some point, he picked up his 5-year-old Labrador-boxer mix dog and began to squeeze it before biting the dog on the ears and chest. Phillips then went outside and pushed a neighbor—the 60-year-old woman—to the ground shortly before police arrived.
