Nonverbal Man Critically Missing In Manassas Area: Police

A man who is nonverbal and has paralysis on part of his body was last seen Tuesday leaving his Manassas home.

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County Police are searching for a critically missing man in the Manassas area.

Talaat Aziz Syan, 61, was last seen leaving his home on Botsford Road in the Manassas area of Prince William County around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Police say he is nonverbal and has paralysis on the right side of his body.

Syan is considered endangered because he may need assistance, although he is believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances. He is described as a white man around 5 foot 6 and 280 pounds, with black hair and green and blue eyes. His clothing description is unknown.
