NOVA Manassas Hosts Movies Under the Stars

Northern Virginia Community College’s Manassas campus will present a series of movies under the stars each Thursday through August.

Lounge on benches or bring a blanket with family and friends to at Mary Louise Jackson Amphitheater. The venue opens at 7:45 p.m. and movies begin at 8 p.m. Admissions are free with a NOVA ID and $3 for general admission.

Aug. 28: ET

Sept. 4: Divergent

Sept. 11: Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Sept. 18: Cesar Chavez

Sept. 25: The Matrix

Oct. 2: 22 Jump Street

Oct. 16: Ghostbusters

Oct. 23: Maleficent

Oct. 30: The Purge
