12-Year-Old Linked To School Threat In Prince William County
A Manassas 12-year-old is facing a charge for a TikTok threat against a Prince William County school, according to police.

MANASSAS, VA — A 12-year-old girl was identified as the source of a social media threat against a Prince William County school, police say.
Prince William County Police had responded around 8:36 a.m. Monday to Unity Braxton Middle School located at 10100 Lomond Drive in Manassas to investigate a threat. Police say the Prince William County student posted threats of potential violence on TikTok. An investigation found no credible threat to the school.
Police sought petitions against the student, a 12-year-old girl from Manassas. After consultation with Juvenile Court Services, the case will result in "formal action" and continue through the court process. The girl was charged with threats by electronic means.
