Police are investigating why someone stole a car that was parked in front of a business, even though the car was already missing an engine and a transmission and wasn't running, according to a press release issued Monday by the Manassas Park Police Department.  It happened sometime between 3:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 Sunday morning at 9107 Industry Drive. Police said the 1958 primer gray Chevrolet Impala had to be towed or taken away on the back of a trailer because because it isn't drivable, as it is missing two vital parts.  Police are checking with neighboring businesses to see if they have video of the crime.
