Back-To-School Physicals Offered Tuesday at Manassas Park City Hall
Back-to-school physicals, vaccinations and TB testing will be offered by appointment only Tuesday at the Manassas Park City Hall Parking Lot.
Manassas Park children who are returning to school this fall can get their back-to-school physicals this week without even leaving the city.
Physicals will be conducted by appointment only on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon and then from 1 to 3:30 p.m. in the Manassas Park City Hall parking lot.
Medical staff from the Greater Prince William Community Health Center will be on site, administering care to children 19 and younger who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

School physicals are $45 while unlimited injections of vaccines are $14.
Testing for Tuberculosis (TB) is $33.

Medicaid and most private health insurance and co-pays are accepted.
Parent must bring all the required school documents for their child to the appointment.
The health center is located at 4379 Ridgewood Center Drive, Suite 102 in Woodbridge and offers, dental, primary, prenatal and behavioral health care for residents of all ages, year round.
