A Woodbridge woman was arrested after police said they found heroin on her during a search. Marjan Rarjan Rafik,25, of General Washington Drive is charged with possession of heroin, Manassas Park Police reports show. It happened Oct. 14  at the Sheetz Convenience store on 8504 Centreville Rd where officers responded to complaints of a woman begging for money.  Police asked the suspect several times for name and each time she gave them false information, according to police reports. Once her true identity was established, police discovered she had two outstanding warrants in Prince William County and one Manassas Park. Police searched the suspect and found illegal narcotics on her. She is charged with providing false identification to a law enforcement officer and possession of Schedule I/II Narcotic and is being held at the county adult detention center without bond.  A court date on her changes is sceduled for Dec. 22.
