Beers

  • Fordham Brewery Wisteria Wheat: A classic unfiltered wheat ale.  Medium bodied, soft and velvety with a tart/fruity finish. An easy drinking summer brew.
  • Schlafly Kolsch: Kolsch is a term used to describe the ale brewed in Koln, a city on the Rhine River in Western Germany. This American style uses a centuries old yeast strain sourced from that area.  It is a bright, straw colored beer with the fruity aroma of an ale and the crisp, clean finish of a lager.
  • Lost Rhino Icebreaker: This ale has a powerful flavor and rich color.  Intense bitterness, malty sweetness and citrusy hop aromas all lend to a balanced, smooth, high alcohol beer (9.2% ABV)

  • Cass Viognier: This wine was made with select juice and slowly cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is light on the palate, has beautiful acidity, bright fruit flavors (apricot, grapefuit, green apple) and a nice clean finish.
  • Strauss Pinot Blanc: This Austrian white wine has subtle floral aromas mixed with soft pear fruit flavors, fresh acidity, and a long smooth finish. A well balanced wine that works wonderfully with food.
  • Grochau Cellars Pinot Blanc: The cool climate in Oregon in 2010 produced wines with bright acidity and beautiful aromatics. This Pinot Blanc was aged partly in Oak Barrels and spent some time aging sur lie to add some richness and depth. A touch of residual sugar was added to balance out the acidity. This wine pairs wonderfully with crabs and other shellfish.

Red Wines

  • Corvidae Cab Franc "The Keeper": Corvidae is the Latin name for the family of birds (ravens, crows, etc) that are found everywhere in the vineyards of Eastern Washington. "The Keeper" Cab Franc is plush and full bodied, approachable now but will also age beautifully. This wine contains savory notes and blackberry and cassis flavors on the palate. A velvety mouthfeel and a generous finish.
  • Bergstrom Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir: A bright ruby red color in the glass with beautiful cherry aromas and hints of earth and toasty oak. This wine is rich and elegant. Able to be enjoyed now or for many years to come.
  • Hillinger Hill 1: A cuvee of 40% Zweigelt, 30% Syrah, 20% Blaufrankish, and 10% Merlot. Aromas of blackberry and tobacco. Complex fruits and powerful tannins on the palate. A long finish, another bottle with great aging potential and a wonderful addition to Dads wine cellar.
