Manassas Park Police Investigate Two Cases of Vandalism

A window was shattered in one incident; a door and cable box were vandalized in another incident this month.

Manassas Park Police are investigating two incidents of vandalism that happened this month.

 The first case of destruction of property happened sometime between April 12 and April 13 on the 100 block of Kent Drive.

 The victim heard a loud bang outside the residence and went to investigate, but didn’t see anything, according to a Manassas Park Police Department press release.

The next morning,  the victim discovered the front window was broken and a rock nearby.

 No injuries were reported and no arrests were made in connection with the incident.

 Damage was reported to be about $175.

 A similar incident happened a few days later on April 15 on the 300 block of Kirby Street.

 The victim heard a loud crash and discovered the sliding glass door had been shattered and a mounted TV cable box vandalized.

 Damage was reported to be about $310

 No arrests or injuries were reported.
