NVCC Offers Free, Walk-In Clinics at Community Center

No appointment is needed at the clinic which is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you feel a case of the sniffles coming on, you can get checked out for free every Tuesday and Wednesday until the end of the year, thanks to a walk-in clinic set up at the Manassas Park Community Center.

The clinic is staffed by nursing students from Northern Virginia Community College, which partnered with the Manassas Park Department of Parks and Recreation to offer the program, according to information released by the city of Manassas Park.

Isn't isn't necessary to visit the clinic which will be open every Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. until Dec. 5.

After that date the clinic will resume in January in 2013.

  • Treatment of minor illness
  • Sports physcials
  • Hearing screenings
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Urine tests
  • Pregnancy tests
