Resident Baffled After Car Stolen by a Tow Truck
A witness said a tow truck pulled up in front of a Manassas Park resident's home and carted the person's car away.

Police are searching for clues and suspects after a Manassas Park resident's car was stolen by someone driving a tow truck, according to a press release issued Friday by the police department.
It happened Thursday at 7 p.m. on the 100 block of Scott Drive while the owner was away.
A witness said a tow truck driver pulled up in front of the house, took pictures of the vehicle, then towed it away.

The witness later told police he didn't think anything of it, because he thought the car was being picked up for repair, as it was noticeably damaged.
Police said the vehicle is worth about $7,000.
