Here are the top three stories today in Norfolk:

  1. U.S. Marshalls are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of 39-year-old Gary Latrail Moore, believed to be the shooter at the MacArthur Center almost a month ago that left one man dead and two others injured. Moore is wanted for 2nd Degree Murder, Malicious Wounding, and Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony. (News 3 WTKR Norfolk)
  2. The Norfolk NATO Festival will present its annual Parade of Nations on Saturday, Apr. 30 at 8:00 a.m. in downtown Norfolk. The parade is the only one in the country that honors NATO. It will feature over 75 parade units with local, visiting, U.S. and Military bands, plus colorful floats representing all of the NATO nations. (News 3 WTKR Norfolk)
  3. China One, off of North Military Highway and International Boulevard, has been forced to temporarily close after a driver, believed to have survived, crashed into the front of the restaurant early Sunday morning. The vehicle, which was in a high-speed chase, plowed into both China One and Subway. China One took the brunt of the damage and remains closed while undergoing repairs. (WAVY.com)
