We all want our kids to love reading, and more exposure to more books is a great way to encourage this. However, I'm sure you've been in the library and noticed at least one little darling running around like he's on the playground. Parent or caregiver may be reading nearby but is in no way trying to reign the child in. In some cases there doesn't seem to be anyone around who is responsible for the child at all.
