Oakton High Students Building Fan Base for Band

Nine Days Gone, a band composed of two students from Oakton High and one from Herndon High, continue to build their fanbase around the Oakton area, the Washington Post reports.

The Post story features band members and Eric Daniel, seniors at Oakton High, and Luke Patelunas, a junior at Herndon, who formed the band in 2009 and have self-released two albums.

Recently, Nine Days Gone hosted an album release party at Jammin' Java in Vienna, playing to a packed house, the Post reports.
