Jennifer Riebling fell shy of Miss Northern Virginia Outstanding Teen crown
Jennifer Riebling, of Vienna, earned first runner-up in the Miss Northern Virginia Outstanding Teen competition Saturday.

"I think pageants are a lot of fun," Riebling said before the results were announced Saturday. "I feel prepared and I hope the judges see my true personality."
