The ViVa!Vienna! Memorial Day weekend festival will take place in Vienna from Saturday through Monday. The festival is a major fundraiser for the local Rotary Club. Strawberries galore! The Strawberry Social is celebrating its 29th year. There will be a bake sale, ice cream, shortcake, raffle, and lunch! The social is a fundraiser for the United Methodist Women. Saturday, May 25, 11 a.m.
U-Pick Strawberry Jubilee at Great Country Farms
Speaking of strawberries, Great Country Farms in Bluemont will host its annual U-Pick Strawberry Jubilee on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend is packed with activities including live music, food contests (pie-eating and tart tossing), and delectable strawberries. Take note - GCF recommends serious pickers arrive early.
