VIENNA, VA -- On a night when there was a Wind Advisory out for Northern Virginia from the National Weather Service, thousands were without power Monday night in Vienna, according to Dominion Power.

As of about 10:30 p.m., power in most of the area had been restored, but pockets of outages still remained.
