Gemcraft Homes Expands Into Cumberland, Frostburg, and West Virginia

Gemcraft Homes, a rapidly growing builder in six states with over 30 years of experience,
is expanding into Cumberland and Frostburg, MD and further into West

Gemcraft has invested in full-time sales personnel and model
homes in Hampshire County and Berkeley Springs, with a third model home
on the way in the Lakewood Community in Mineral County. The new model
home is slated to open for tours early this summer.

affordability to their proximity to the DMV and Pittsburgh,” Luther
said. “Homeowners can buy a beautiful Gemcraft home on a large piece of
property for literally half the price they would pay for a home in the
outrageously expensive northern Virginia market.”

The median selling price in northern Virginia this past August jumped
11.6% to $700,000, compared to the prior year, according to the
Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
