- The City of Winchester posted all the approved FY24 budget highlights for Public Services. Including four miles of sidewalk replaced, 14 lane miles of streets repaved, two new highway maintenance positions, two new trash trucks, and more. Click here to see the full list. - On Friday, Jun. 30, the Winchester Department of Social Services (WDSS) will host an Adult Protective Services and Adult Services Mandated Reporter Training, starting at 11:30 a.m. The event is considered a “lunch and learn,” and participants can bring their own lunch.
