  • The Winchester Area SPCA currently has nine dogs available for adoption, and for their National Best Friends Day event on Jun. 8, the adoption fee was reduced to $25 instead of the usual $95.   • The Apple Blossom and Winchester Police Car Show raised over $7,000 for community policing programs.
