Business Burglar Caught on Video Surveillance

Footage from one Woodbridge business helped lead to the arrest of an alleged burglar.

Police have caught the culprit that allegedly broke into a doctor’s office, spa and beauty academy in July, thanks to video surveillance.

Vincent Lee Talley, 19 of no fixed address, faces charges of burglary, petit larceny and destruction of property after police say he broke into Dr. Jarbadan’s office and in the 1900 block of Optiz Boulevard.

Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said that an investigation shows Talley allegedly entered both of the businesses through a rear unsecured window.

A search warrant was executed at 1564 Randall Ct. where items reported missing where recovered.
