Woodbridge's may be one of 35 stores nationwide that could be saved if a sale to , involving liquidators, is approved.

Weinman tweeted around 12:40 p.m. that Woodbridge, store number 262 of the company's 399, is on the table and could be bought if the deal is approved. Weinman tweeted that two other Maryland stores are also in the list of proposed stores.
"Books-A-Million would likely buy inventory from the liquidators, led by Hilco Merchant Resources and Gordon Brothers Retail Partners LLC, and use a similar cost structure. The liquidators agreed to pay about 72 percent of the cost value of Borders’ inventory, which was estimated at $350 million to $395 million."
The trial is in recess until 2 p.m.
