In art, plein air refers to the practice of painting outdoors, directly observing the subject and capturing the effects of natural light and atmosphere. All skill levels are welcome. And all kinds of artists welcome, Painters, Illustrators, Sculptors, Writers, Photographers… just bring yourself and your art materials to create whatever inspires you. Just enjoy a casual afternoon capturing Downtown Woodstock. Or you can just observe the artists and their process.
