This project underwent a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reevaluation to examine the potential effects from design revisions in this section of the NSC. The analysis was triggered because the previous transportation conformity determination was over three years old. The new analysis determined that there is no change to the air quality impacts of the project.
