Belle Harbour, a new development from Koelsch Communities, hosted its grand opening on June 26 with a reception, choral performance, tours and a ceremonial ribbon cutting and reception for residents, team members and community leaders.

On June 26, more than 400 people attended the grand opening of Belle Harbour, Bellevue’s newest senior living community. Executives with Koelsch Communities opened the evening with a warm welcome, and guests dined on hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, enjoyed a performance by the Bellevue Chamber Chorus and toured the beautiful development. Additionally, several Bellevue City Council members helped commemorate the special occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Belle Harbour is home to The Park at Belle Harbour assisted living community and The Inn at Belle Harbour, a dedicated memory care community.

“Belle Harbour is a very special property and serves as an expansion of our portfolio in multiple ways, primarily the introduction of a boutique, neighborhood-style concept that connects two standalone multi-story communities by a skybridge,” said Aaron Koelsch, President and CEO, Koelsch Communities. “This approach allows us to care for resident needs over time and enables them to remain in a familiar setting as they age. We approached this design opportunity head-on, ultimately constructing an exquisite campus that offers residents a one-of-a-kind place to live, grow and connect with one another.”
