BELLEVUE, WA — The Bellevue Collection will host Lunar New Year celebrations this weekend for a 12th year, offering revelers a day of festivities to ring in the Year of the Rabbit. Families are invited down to the center court to celebrate cultural heritage, including traditional and contemporary performances, art displays and crafts.

"The celebration of Lunar New Year is one of the most dramatic and beautiful events with amazing garments, elegant dances and spectacular color," said Jennifer Leavitt, a vice president at The Bellevue Collection. "The event returns in person this year to celebrate our richly diverse community and foster a greater understanding of traditions that are enjoyed during this celebration.

Through Jan. 22, guests can also pick up a "lucky lunar scratch card" that offers special discounts at the dining district. Kids can also grab a rabbit craft and "lucky red envelopes" on Saturday.
