Man Hospitalized In Bellevue Moped Crash
Police said a man in his 80s suffered serious injuries from a collision between a car and moped Thursday evening.
BELLEVUE, WA — An 81-year-old man was hospitalized with serious injuries Thursday after a car collided with a moped on Bel-Red Road. The Bellevue Police Department closed westbound lanes to traffic at 148th Avenue Northeast shortly before 5 p.m. and cleared the scene two hours later.
Police said the moped rider was rushed to Harborview Medical Center with significant injuries. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
