BELLEVUE, WA — The holiday season is kicking into full gear in Bellevue, with weeks of festive events planned over the next month. Formerly called Magic Season, most of Bellevue's Christmas annual celebrations were canceled last year, due to the pandemic.

The newly-named "Season of Cheer" officially got underway Friday, and a slate of holiday activities will continue through the first week of January. This year's festivities include the return of Snowflake Lane, one of the Eastside's most popular Christmas events, which kicks off directly after Thanksgiving on Friday, Nov. 26.
