Police spotted the stolen vehicle driving west over the State Route 520 bridge, where the suspect hit two vehicles and continued into Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, officials said. That's where Seattle police said the suspect shot a man in the leg and stole his vehicle shortly before 1 p.m.
