A Weekend Of 'Unsettled Weather' In Puget Sound
What does that mean? We'll get a little bit of everything, including snow in some areas.

BELLEVUE, WA - The National Weather Service says we're in for a weekend of "unsettled weather" in Puget Sound. What does that mean? There's the potential for just about every type of winter weather you can imagine.
First, it's going to be a wet weekend. Light rain moves in Friday night and will fall as snow in the passes. The rain returns on Saturday night, and it's possible that snow levels will to around 1,000 feet (SR 18 alongside Tiger Mountain is about at that elevation, FYI). Sunday will be breezy.
Also, there's a special weather alert in effect for Vancouver (WA) east to The Dalles for freezing rain Friday night through Saturday morning.
