Cascade Regional Blood Services in Critical Need of O-Negative Blood

Due to extremely high use of O-Negative blood at our area hospitals over the last several days, we are at a critical level with our O-Negative inventory. There are patients currently receiving special life-saving treatments at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, and there was also an emergency situation with a 25-year-old patient at another hospital over the weekend, all requiring a significant number of O-Negative units.

If you are an O-Negative donor and able to donate TODAY or TOMORROW, please try to work that into your schedule. If you know someone who is an O-Negative donor, please encourage them to do the same.  Please call 1-877-24-BLOOD or email appt@crbs.net to make an appointment. Thank you for your support!
