ManeStage Theatre Company Proudly Presents 'The Wizard of Oz!'

Sumner, WA.  ManeStage Theatre Company is thrilled to continue its’ fifth season with The Wizard of Oz!  The Wizard of Oz will be performed by a talented cast of over 55 experienced, local artists! Starring Brittney Stout as Dorothy , Timothy B. Lott as The Wizard of Oz, Tyler Rogers as the Scarecrow, Bryce Smith as the Tin Man, Brandon Mitchell as the Cowardly Lion and Lynn Pratt as the Wicked Witch of the West; this fantastic musical is sure to be a treat for the whole family!  Journey down the yellow brick road and rediscover the magical land of Oz!  A photo opportunity with Dorothy and friends will be available following every performance, so bring a camera!     

The Wizard of Oz will open February 4, 2012 at the Sumner Performing Arts Center located at 1707 Main Street, Sumner, Washington.  Performances are scheduled for Saturday, February 4 at 7pm, Sunday, February 5 at 2pm, and the following weekends on Friday, February 10 at 7pm, Saturday, February 11 at 7pm, Sunday, February 12 at 2pm, Friday, February 17 at 7pm, Saturday, February 18 at 2pm and 7pm and closes Sunday, February 19 at 2pm.

The show is directed by Jay Henson and choreographed by ManeStage Theatre Company Executive Director Brenda S. Henson.  The costumers are Judy Brooks and Jodi Josephson, the music director is Lindsay Delmarter.
