Bonney Lake Reopens City Offices To Public
The public can now attend council meetings and workshops in-person, though the city will continue to allow online access as well.
BONNEY LAKE, WA β After more than a year of pandemic lockdown, the City of Bonney Lake has reopened city offices to the public.
City hall, the Justice & Municipal Center, Bonney Lake Police Department, Public Works Center and Recreation Office have all reopened their doors as of Monday, July 19. Most have returned to regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Bonney Lake Senior Center, meanwhile, will have a phased reopening. The center is now offering prescheduled services like haircuts and other appointments, as well as a few recreational activities, but space will remain limited. The center expects to be fully reopened by Aug. 30.

Vaccinated visitors to city offices will not be required to wear masks, but the city asks that unvaccinated residents wear masks while in city facilities.
Though the pandemic has waned significantly, the city is encouraging residents to use its online services when applicable. The city's website offers a number of online services, allowing residents to pay bills, request public records, apply for permits and licenses and much more.
