Bonney Lake-Sumner Drill Team Look Toward State Competition

After placing 2nd in Drill and 4th in Pom at the Kentlake Invitational, the Bonney Lake-Sumner Drill Team relish the title and look ahead to state competition.

The Bonney Lake-Sumner Drill team competed at the Kentlake High School Dance Competition last weekend and placed 2nd in Drill Category and 4th in the Pom Category. The ladies recived a trophy for their second place finish and drill captain Stephanie Bartlett placed third in the 4A Military Drill Downs competition.

The girls are going on to Kentwood on March 5 to qualify for state. If they stay consistent in their scoring, there’s a good chance they’ll qualify.
