Boyfriend Arraigned in Case of Missing Bonney Lake Woman
Mary Mushapaidzi's boyfriend will appear before a Pierce County judge this afternoon and is expected to be officially charged with her disappearance.

Mary Mushapaidzi's boyfriend, who has yet to be identified by investigators, will appear before a Pierce County judge today and face charges for his involvement in her disappearance over the weekend.
Members of Mushapaidzi's family are expected to come to today's arraignment, to be held in the downtown Tacoma Pierce County Superior Court at 1:30 p.m. There, the man will hear formal charges against him and documents will be filed; he will be appointed an attorney if he declares himself indigent or in need of representation.
The 38 year-old man was taken into police custody late Sunday after investigators searched the couple's home on North Island Dr. E. and . He had reported 42 year-old Mushapaidzi missing around 11 a.m. that afternoon, after she didn't return from an early-morning jog around their neighborhood.

Mushapaidzi and her boyfriend have two children, ages 8 and 2, who are currently in CPS custody.
